The form will also ask you about your connection to the Church. If you live in the Parish (the area around the Church) you are entitled to get married here. You can find out which Parish you live in here: https://www.achurchnearyou.com

If you live somewhere else you may still get married here if you have a family connection or association with the Church (e.g other family members have been married here before).
